You built a life that looks perfect. But is it actually yours?

Where a lot of clients start:

  • Low-grade restlessness you can't quite name, even though nothing is technically wrong.

  • You make big decisions based on what looks smart, not what's actually true for you.

  • You ask ten people for advice and still can't decide, because you've stopped trusting your own read on things.

  • You're good at performing competence, and privately unsure if you're leading from your own strengths or just imitating what success is supposed to look like.

  • You keep waiting for the next milestone to finally make you feel done. It never does.

  • You paused your career to raise your family, and now that they need you a little less, you're standing at "what now" with no map.

  • You look back at who you were before kids and can't quite place her anymore.

  • You're ready to step back into something of your own, and you don't know where to start.

Where they end up:

  • You can finally name what's actually missing, instead of carrying a restlessness you can't explain.

  • You make decisions based on what's true for you, even when it's not the obvious or impressive choice.

  • You trust your own read on things again, and you can decide without polling ten people first.

  • You lead from your actual strengths, not a performance of what leadership is supposed to look like.

  • You feel settled now, not because you hit another milestone, but because you actually know who you are.

  • You have a real answer to "what now," built around who you are today, not who you were before kids.

  • You recognize yourself again, not the old version, but one that actually fits your life right now.

  • You have a clear starting point and the confidence to take it.

Here's the truth

You don't need another five-year plan. You don't need a personality quiz you forget by Friday.

You need to actually know who you are, what you value, and what you're built for, before you decide what's next.

That's what this work is for.

How it works

1. Reach out. Fill out the short form at the bottom of this page. From there, we start talking, just a few calls to figure out together what kind of support actually fits you right now.

2. Get curious. We gently look at what's actually keeping you stuck. Don't skip this step, it's the one that matters most.

3. Look underneath. We examine the patterns and beliefs running your decisions, and start choosing on purpose instead of on autopilot.

4. Move forward on purpose. You leave with direction, accountability, and a plan that actually fits who you are.

What you walk away with

  • Language for what you actually value and what you're built for

  • Clarity on what's been keeping you stuck, and why

  • A plan you can act on immediately, not a binder you never open again

  • The confidence to make your next move because it's right for you, not because it's what's expected

Is this for you?

This is for you if you're successful by most measures and still asking "is this it," if you're at a real crossroads (career pivot, next chapter, "what now"), and if you're ready to gently look at what's underneath the achievement instead of just adding one more accomplishment to the pile.

This isn't for you if you're in acute crisis and need clinical support right now. If that's where you are, I'll help you find the right resource.

Special Certifications

Becoming You

As a Becoming You Certified Practitioner, I use a methodology developed by Professor Suzy Welch through NYU Stern | Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing. The Becoming You methodology helps you find what's next at the intersection of your values, your natural aptitudes, and what's actually economically viable, the three things that determine whether a path truly fits.

Depending on what you need, this can include Assessments like The Values Bridge and the Career Traits Compass, working toward The Becoming Blueprint, a set of Purpose Pathways built specifically around you.

I get to bring this work to executives navigating retirement or a career transition, leadership teams, high school and college students figuring out what's next, and anyone curious about what the data actually reveals about how they're built.

Enneagram

I'm currently completing my Enneagram certification through Upbuild, training that goes beyond the nine types into how the Enneagram actually shows up in real relationships, decision-making, and leadership. Once I'm certified, I'll hold the Upbuild Certified Enneagram Practitioner credential.
